its sunday night, and we've just had our first come dine with me. courtesy of jemma.
very nice i must say, the starter was leek potato and blue cheese soup,
main course was five spice duck leg with wild rice, mange touts and vine tomatoes,
dessert was wine and berry ice cream. had a selection of nice wines, chosen by gerry.
was going to take photographs, but forgot. did take one of the main course though, which i will probably attach later.
i will be a busy bee tomorrow, got three courses to make including homemade bread and littttttle blinis. definately will put photos up tomorrow evening.

i think you should continue to blog everyday. i like to read them. by the way, the iron pour i was at was very interesting. a big furnace where scrap iron is turned into molten metal and then poured into molds. a big operation with lots of people. plus we had a picnic and now i've got ridiculous shaped tan lines. i look like an idiot.

we didn't see the finished items because they had to have hours to cool down before taking them out of the molds. but i think it was mainly people making sculptures and things. we did exercises with stretchy bands at pilates today, it was fun x
