i got a bit bored of blogging because i never have anything to say, so i thought i'd leave it exactly a month since my last blog with the hope that something interesting might have happened.
i suppose there was christmas, which was fun.
everyone stayed here on christmas eve which was nice. i woke up bright & early on christmas morning and was subsequently bored for two hours.
no-one really stuck to the second hand thing. oh well, better luck next year.
mum bought me a kitchen aid which i reallly did not expect. i was positively flabbergasted, and later made a meringue to celebrate :)
never play pictionary with any members of my family. we're terrible.

friday was spent at dads house, which was very pleasant. we watched its a wonderful life and me, james ali & lee kicked everyones ass at the worst case senario board game.
saturday, went to james' and went for a walk with his family. is it possible to get frostbite on your face? had the bestttt dinner ever & played a few games before escaping upstairs to draw vulgar pictures on james' etch-a-sketch.

as per usual, i am not looking forward to the new year.
i can't be bothered to continue. its not like you'll comment anyway.

i have a feeling tomorrow is going to be just awful.
i don't like having dinner at random old peoples houses. especially if i don't know them. :(
saw 'four christmases' today at a cinema in watford. its that film with reese witherspoon and vince vaughn. i recommend it, it wasn't a chick flick like i thought it would be and it was reeeeally funny.
the food at VUE cinemas is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. and i thought cineworld was bad. £9 for a drink and some popcorn. it made me strangely angry and i refused to let my mum buy any cinema food.

the x factor also made me angry tonight. i thought ruth's second performance was AMAZING. i acually voted for her. don't laugh.
but then she was in the bottom two with foetus boy who had decided to sing a high school musical song. guess who got kicked out. :|
i am refusing to watch it any longer.
also they had a miley cyrus (hannah montana) and britney spears sort of 'combo' tonight. it was painful.

malachy & mercedes wedding in hollyoaks later yesterday night was loveelllly :) kris sung use somebody by kings of leon, which is one of my faaaavourite songs. sanum, if you didnt see it you should watch it. oh and by the way niall jumped off a cliff.

i apologise to james if he is disgusted by my sickening taste in television.
but its not all bad, i do watch some good stuff. :)

hello, i finally have time to blog. richard left at 7am so we all woke up early to say goodbye. so now i'm all ready for college with about an hour to spare. & now i'm getting a lift so i don't have to walk in the rain :)
I can't even remember what I've done this week. something about going to london? had a nice day but the show wasn't that great, we were sitting behind some smelly fat guys who kept talking, so richard complained and we got moved to better seats ^_^
I had a gorrrrgeous spicy falafal wrap for dinner, i managed to sneak it in to the theatre half eaten past the guys who check your bag.
i think thats silly, why would terrorists want to blow up stupid little theatre?

i got loaaads done at college yesterday and i'm embarressed to admit i kinda like it right now.
NEVER eat sausage bacon and egg sandwiches from barnfield college. i grossed everyone out at lunch by saying that the bacon looked like testicle. it was one of those things that you regret riiiight after you say it :)

had a tasty roast lamb last night. only i can be reduced to tears by a shoulder of meat. ahahahah. don't ask.

its james' birthday tomorrowww and i'm about 10 times more excited than he is. think i'm just looking forward to bombarding him with presentsssssss !

we watched the new episode of desperate housewives... :P next weeks looks well exciting! i promise i won't watch it without you and then act surprised about what happens if you promise to blog every day :D

i'm looking forward to christmas this year. actual christmas, not just the mini one we're having on wednesday.
mum had an idea for a sort of 'game' if you like, where everyone has to buy each other antiquey or second hand things. i despised the idea at first, because i quite like new stuff, and also i thought it would be really difficult to find good things for people. i've really warmed to the idea, after going in a few antique shops and spending many evenings on ebay. its SO much more fun than just buying endless crap from town that people don't actually want, or need. this has turned out to be a much easier way of buying things that people can actually appreciate. plus, i don't have to go christmas shopping in scummy luton and its WAY more fun getting stuff in the post :D
i've bought some really cool stuff so far. but actually, i think it'll be a nicer christmas, less commercial & less about the presents.

aaanywho, i had a really cool dream last night, i don't remember much of it but i remember the part where i was eating things, one was a shortbread apple and raspberry tart that i had made and the other, i think was melted ice cream. the dream was sooo freakishly real, the tart was so yummy, i can still remember what it tasted like.
lol i was woken up by my sister who phoned me in fury after hearing boyzones new single - 'better' on the radio. yeah, they nicked tom baxters one and released it as a single. bastards. AND they ruined the song with their whiney queer little voices.

when i looked in the mirror this morning, i was pleasantly surprised to see that my hair was looking nice, i didn't even have bed hair at all. thats two mornings in a row where i've woken up feeling spectacularrr (Y)

today i'm going to go shopping with big G and start preparing things for christmas dinner on wednesday :P its so exciting.
then James is coming round to use up all my printer ink (Y) hahaa. i don't mind really.

well well well, today was good.
james came over and we went to the cinema for his first time out of the house (EVER, having spent his whole life underground) :)
we saw ghost town, the new film with ricky gervais in it. we managed to run to wilkinsons right before it started because we're too cheap to buy cineworld food. we munched a giant packet of kettle chips and a huge bag of malteasers before it even got to half way through the film haha :)
yeah the film was pretty good, was funny and cute but a bit cliched in places. whatever. i ain't no film critic.

when we got home we made some pizza dough and then some immense pizzas with yummyness on top. i was verrry impressed by james' kneading skills as well as his common sense & vast knowledge about making dough.
watched telly for a while (i made him sit through the end of x factor) haahaaaaa
and then james walked home in the pououuuuuuuring rain, hopefully without drowning. mum offered to give him a lift, but that was after he'd already left so that was a bit dumb.

and now sanum's making me blog. so there we go. i hope it satisfies you

i met jade & becky on the way to college, and we pushed a rusty wheelbarrow allll the way there. and yes, we did get some strange, strange looks. i rather liked it.
the reason for this was, that we had to bring in random stuff to build up still life sculptures to paint. (the wheelbarrow was found in a bush on the way to college.) the natural one was cool, mostly twigs and leaves and some random orange things. but the one we did, the man made one, looked like an actual pile of shit. so for seven hours of my thursday, i was standing at an easel painting away, solemnly.
even so, emma managed to entertain us with her plans to rid the world of slow and annoying old people. she invented 'the beige bus' where old people go to be killed.
lol that girl is hilariousss.

on a different note, james is homeee and i had a lovely evening yesterday rearranging his posters, watching fireworks out of his window, eating all his chocolate. and cuddling him til his belly hurt.

i have a sore throat and my ears hurt, but i'm fairly happy.

oh & fuck going to the presentation evening tonight at stopsley, i don't want my name to be called out or have to stand up or anything gay like that. certificates in assembly was bad enough lol.

Shit, i have such a bad memory i've already forgotten what happened.
Hmmm.. well i woke up at 8:30 and had some chocolate and half a bagel for breakfast. Yes, that's what happens when i live by myself.

Got to town at quarter past 10, just in time for the bus which actually didn't arrive until 11. waiting in the snow for 45 minutes was fun. The woman on the bus was a TWAT with a capital T. I know i use that word very often but i reeeeally mean it. On the twat scale she makes Anna look like fucking santa claus. She was sarcastic and rude and patronising and late and COULDN'T FOOKIN DRIVE A BUS. I was pretty much fuuuuming for the whole bus ride there. We will get revenge though, me & sanum saved the number for the bus place to our phones so that we can ring up and complain about her. hahahhaaaa

Shaunie & I dragged everyone all the way over to Xscape jussst so we could get a subway :) it was worth it though. Then i dragged them to waitrose so that i could buy some sugar, butter and greaseproof paper. I felt really cool like a posh old lady shopping in waitrose. I liked it. When i'm old, i'm going to shop in waitrose.

Oooh, we played around in the Apple store for ages on a laptop, we made movies and uploaded them to youtube :D
byyytheway, i looked on youtube when we got to frasers and it wasn't on there :( was it set to private or something? Dave thinks so.

Didn't have much luck with buses today. We spent approximately 2 and a half hours waiting for various buses, most of which weren't relevant and/or didn't exist.
I've decided that I don't like woman bus drivers. And I'm allowed to say that because I am a woman.

freaky people

luton arndale centre is full of odd looking people. there was one woman in costa who looked like a potato, and there was this other guy who randomly shouted really loud and then walked around town with his t-shirt off. t'wasn't a pleasant sight.
arron & sanum are right fatties, they made us wait for like 20 minutes so that they could get pizza baguettes from greggs.

I took lots of photos wandering around college today with some big fat heavy camera.. and then i developed the film. it worked so good, i was really proud :) was funny too, because when we went down to the dark room we had to put everything in a bag with arm holes in it, where we had to put our arms in and wind the film onto the 'spool.'

Yesterdayyy..

all my troubles seemed so farrrr away... (8)

No but really, they did :) I had a reaaaally nice day. When we missed the first bus to Watford, we walked around the end of town, the bit near Iceland and Blockbusters, and we found a really cool little bit with an awesome chinese food shop and a record shop. I bought some 'chocolate candy' that looked like little colourful rocks form the chinese shop and fatty James ate them all on the bus.
The bus ride was lottts of fun, even though it lasted an hour and a half. We saw out of the window lots of people with Matrix coats on AND a guy on a unicycle.

Jim bought a gorgeous blue hat from Topman & tried on some shirts.. He thinks I'm trying to turn him into a preppy kid cos I made him try on a scarf and a grey jumper. :D

There was some photographic exhibition up on the third floor of the Harlequin so we went to check it out and it was actually pretty good. Ohh & we laughed at the models in the fashion show cos they were dancing all funny to shitty music.
We got some foood in a place called 'Que Pasa' which wasn't as nice as I thought because even though the food was really good, there were lots of loud men drinking and the menus were sticky. Then we got some Krispy Kremes and a BabyRuth and a Butterfinger to eat on the bus from some little shop that sold American chocolate bars.
Loool, then Jim grabbed me and dragged me to the bus stop while moaning that we were gonna miss the bus, where we ended up waiting in the freezing cold for half an hour. :)
On the way home Jim got annoyed because I know all the words to the Maccabees album and apparently he doesn't appreciate my wonderful miming skills.

Theennnnn, when I got home MIDSOMER MURDERS was just starting :D (A BRAND NEW EPISODE) and I watched the whoooole thing then went to bed.

Today was okay, but now I'm sad again. I carved a chair out of a block of plaster using a spoon, but then got moaned at because it was 'too chairy.' We did 'expressive drawings' of cutlery, which, as dull as it sounds wasn't that bad. Was quite funny being told to draw angry forks using a stick and some ink. I was proud, my forks looked pretty emotional :)
I listened to the tutors having conversation about being groped on a Turkish bus... seriously. That took up about half an hour of my day.
I actually think everyone on my course absolutely hates it. You can kind of tell by the constant moaning and melancholy facial expressions.
Personally, I've never despised art so much in my life, ever. Apart from that time I went to the Tate St. Ives...
I don't want to do this, but to be honest I don't want to do anything else.
I have an essay to write for tomorrow... Its so depressing, you know when you're staring at a screen but not taking in any of the words? Art is like another language that I don't understand.

I need sleep... I'm hurting all over :(

Today was just a barrel of laughs. We got to draw various kettles and write about each of them and their 'ergonomics.' I spend the rest of the day grating plaster in the 3D workshop... literally.

My eyes actually hurt from watching so much telly.
I woke up at 10 this morning and watched homes under the hammer, then a brand new episode of Desperate Housewives :D then, I watched an episode of Midsomer Murders, closely followed by 6 episodes of Gossip Girl. (thanks sanum) :P
Just made an attempt to watch another episode of Midsomer Murders but my eyes started pounding so I think I'll go have some dinner :)

I just woke up, realised nobody was here and phoned everyone to ask where they were. turns out they went for a picnic without me! Bastards.

Here it is..

Today I don't feel so melancholy and I didn't ruin any clothes. It helps that its friday and I laughed lots today :)
College was dull as hell, but i didn't do much work and ate alot of food so that made it okay. Our trip home was fun.. Elmwood Crescent was interesting :D
Firstly, there was the creepy house with the free apples in a basket outside. That would be okay in a nice teeny little village, but not in Luton. Jade suggested that they might contain rat poison or laxatives :)
Then, I believe there was the dead squirrel by the tree that made me scream my lungs out very very loudly. Then there was a random card with a picture of Jesus on it which I thought was fun, and suggested that we put it in the squirrel's hand so it'd be like the joker card in Batman. We didn't though.
Now I'm eating soup and watching Midsomer Murders, just like I wanted.
AND I'm going to camden with Sanum in a couple of weeks

I can't think of a title

Today I woke up too early, and then was late to college. We played with plaster and got real messy, plaster is fun. Emily had a go at anna, our cretin of a tutor, which was definately a high point of everyone's day. Oooh, and listening to someone's converstion today, I was trying to count how many times she said 'like' in a sentance. I lost count after a while.

I ruined my apple crumble and fish tshirt and got ink on my favourite jeans :(

My mother makes me paranoid. I'm paranoid that she doesn't like me very much anymore, which sounds silly but I genuinely am worried. She seems to be quite weird with me lately, which could possibly be all in my head but somethings definately different and as far as I'm aware I haven't done anything wrong.

Nothing feels all that normal at the moment. I'm not liking it.

All I want to do is have a shower and watch midsomer murders, like a true loser. But I've got a fucking essay/research thingy to write for tomorrow about an artist who I swear to god isn't even famous. Grrrrr, I'm not a happy badger

Why

Why why why why why why WHY did I decide to do art? I figured out today that I cannot draw if my life depended on it. Nothing at college makes any sense lollsss. but at least I get to drink lots of fanta :)
Its real fun being shy and quiet cos it means I can eavesdrop on other peoples conversations. I feel like a bit of a fly on the wall :) Sometimes people have such hilarious conversations it makes me giggle out loud which must look a bit weird.
Aaaanywho, thats about the only entertainment I get for the very very long 8 hours while I'm at college.
Made an awesome apple crumble today... hmm... thats all....

Its not that I can't sleep, it's more that I don't want to go to sleep...
Because the sooner I go to sleep the sooner i have to wake up and get on with tomorrow.
So, for the past three hours i have been thinking up random things to do on the internet just to avoid going to sleep. This is one of them :)
uggh i hate having to do stuff. speshly when i'm not sure what to do.
i hate college. and i hate wax.
